Bobby and his wife Hannah have served in local ministry in San Antonio for the past sixteen years. Bobby loves building teams of people and empowering them to find their gifts to serve God and further the Kingdom. Bobby and Hannah have two beautiful daughters, Ella and Olive. He is humbled and excited to serve both as pastor at Alamo Heights Baptist Church and chaplain for the fire and police departments of Alamo Heights. In his spare time, Bobby can be found spending time with his three lovely ladies, climbing, trail running, or drinking excellent coffee at San Antonio’s best local coffee shops.
Layton & Claudia Kauffman
Family ministries
Layton was born and raised in Northern Wisconsin. He attended a private Christian school called Northern Lights Christian Center. He was blessed with a Christian education and upbringing and feels that ministry has always been his calling. In 2005, he decided to attend International Bible College in San Antonio. Upon completing the four-year program, Layton went on staff with San Antonio Youth for Christ. During his 10 years on staff there, he held many roles, including middle school director, intern director, and camp director.
In 2011, he married his beautiful wife Claudia. They have a daughter, Amiliyah, and two sons, Ely and Ezrah. They also have Libby, their German Shepherd, who thinks she's a human.
